Micro Piglets Price Tag Not Tiny

Micro Pigs may be lovable and tiny but at £700 their price tag is anything but tiny.

Mrs Croft, who runs Little Pig Farm in Christchurch, Cambridgeshire UK, says "Micro pigs make fantastic pets as they are very low maintenance. You don't have to take them for walks and they have very few health issues,"

Teacup Pigs Are Taking Britan By 'Storm In A Teacup'


Celebrities such as “Harry Potter” actor Rupert Grint, who plays Ron Weasley in the  films, owns two teacup pigs, whilst a certain farm in the USA claims to have sold one to Hilton Hotel Heiress, Paris Hilton

Teacup Pigs or Mini Pigs, Mini Pot Bellied, or Micro Pigs,  as they are also known as, get their name from their tiny size:
The piglets weigh about 9 oz at birth are about the size of a teacup. They reach full growth at the age of 2, are about knee-high (12 to 16 inches) and modestly weigh in at 65 pounds.
